Dieses Buch beschreibt sehr gut und grundlegend auf was man beim investieren in Immobilien achten muss.Leider hat Manny Khoshbin es oft Mals konkret auf den US Markt bezogen. Er beschreibt z.B. Steuertricks und Finanzierungsmöglichkeiten, die nur in den USA möglich sind.Ansonsten ist das Buch in einem relativ einfachen Englisch geschrieben. Manche Fachbegriffe muss man halt übersetzen.
Dies ist das erste Buch, welches ich auf Englisch lese. Es ist sehr leicht zu verstehen und flüssig zu lesen. Meine bisherigen Englisch Kentnisse würde ich als mittlmäßig einstufen.Der Autor hat ein sehr motivierendes Buch geschaffen, welches spanende Eindrücke in den Amerikanischen Immobilienmarkt liefert. Ich kann das Buch nur jedem empfehlen!
