This book is inspiring for ANYONE wanting to make a change in the world. Before I had even finished it I had recommended it to a ton of friends and family, it's now on loan to a male friend whos looking to make a change in the way people eat. I cannot recommend this book enough. No matter your political, economic, or humanitarian views, this book will speak to you if you listen.
